The "All On Board" European Citizens’ Initiative isn't just about changing policies in Brussels—it is about reclaiming our future. Right now, European opportunities are a privilege enjoyed by a few. We are here to make them a right for everyone.
This is your campaign. We don’t believe in top-down instructions. We believe in grassroots power. We provide the platform, the legal backing, and the resources, but you bring the noise. From organizing local pop-up events to launching digital campaigns, you have the creative freedom to shape this movement in your community. If you want a more equal Europe, this is your space to build it.
Governance
Powering a Decentralised Movement
To mobilize thousands of people across borders without losing our grassroots spirit, our operational backbone is built to support you directly:
- ECIT Foundation : Based in Brussels, ECIT handles the heavy legal lifting, manages the overall ECI process, and coordinates the European strategy. Most importantly, they build and update the Action Kit—your ultimate campaign toolbox packed with templates, graphics, and guides to get your local movement off the ground.

Coalition
Our Network of Alllies
We are building an unstoppable alliance across Europe to maximize our impact. Our coalition brings together European civil society organizations, policy networks, and major youth and educational federations—including the Lifelong Learning Platform and OBESSU (Organising Bureau of European School Student Unions) and a whole lot of other organisations dedicated for the cause.
Together, these partners provide the strategic expertise, credibility, and institutional backing needed to ensure our demands cannot be ignored by European decision-makers.
Youth Task Forces
The Heart of the Movement
Youth Task Forces (YTFs) are the true front lines of our campaign, proving that a small group of committed people can spark massive political change. A Youth Task Force is a team of three or more friends, classmates, or activists who take charge of the movement locally.
As part of a YTF, your team will drive action by hosting creative pop-ups, workshops, or signature booths at your school, university, or community hub. You will also mobilize digital networks by creating unique content and running local social media campaigns to rally your peers online. Finally, you will get to connect regionally with fellow activists across the continent during our monthly Digital Town Halls to share ideas, access exclusive training, and actively co-create this European campaign.
